Refund Policy

Effective Date: 23 December 2025

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds and billing adjustments for digital cloud services provided by Tele Teta LTD, registration number 16074271, operating under the brand SafeCloud (“SafeCloud”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).

This Policy forms part of the SafeCloud Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through the SafeCloud platform.


1. Nature of Services

SafeCloud provides automated, on-demand digital cloud infrastructure services, including compute resources, storage, networking, and related digital products.

Services are provisioned immediately after payment and are considered digital services delivered upon activation.


2. General Refund Policy

All services are billed in advance and, except where required by applicable law, fees paid are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, once a service is provisioned and made available to the Customer, SafeCloud incurs immediate operational and infrastructure costs.


3. Limited Refund Eligibility

SafeCloud may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the initial purchase date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The service has not been substantially used or consumed
  • No violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy have occurred
  • No abuse, fraud, or security incidents are associated with the account
  • The request relates to the first purchase of the specific service

Refund approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Confirmed violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of services
  • Significant consumption of compute, storage, bandwidth, or other resources
  • Suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Promotional, discounted, trial-based, or special offer purchases
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with support

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are required to contact SafeCloud support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider.

Unjustified or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or termination and permanent restriction from using SafeCloud services.

SafeCloud reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide transaction and service usage evidence to payment processors.


6. Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days to complete.

SafeCloud is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


7. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where local consumer protection laws require a refund or withdrawal right, such rights shall apply only to the extent required by law.


8. Changes to This Policy

SafeCloud reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the SafeCloud website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
