Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: 23 December 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services, systems, networks, and infrastructure provided by Tele Teta LTD (registration number 16074271), operating under the brand SafeCloud (“SafeCloud”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the SafeCloud Terms of Service. By using SafeCloud services, you agree to comply with this policy.


1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to protect the integrity, security, reliability, and legal compliance of the SafeCloud platform, its customers, partners, and third-party service providers.

SafeCloud operates as a neutral infrastructure provider and does not control customer content. However, the Company enforces strict limits on how its services may be used.


2. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use SafeCloud services to engage in, promote, facilitate, or support any of the following activities, including but not limited to:

2.1 Illegal and Unlawful Activities

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content
  • Facilitating criminal activity or unlawful services

2.2 Fraud and Deceptive Practices

  • Phishing, scams, impersonation, or social engineering
  • Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
  • Deceptive or misleading communications

2.3 Malware and Malicious Activity

  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or viruses
  • Operating botnets, command-and-control servers, or malicious automation
  • Cryptojacking or unauthorized resource exploitation

2.4 Network and Infrastructure Abuse

  • DDoS attacks or traffic flooding
  • Unauthorized scanning, probing, or penetration attempts
  • Interfering with or disrupting networks, servers, or services

2.5 Unauthorized Access and Data Misuse

  • Accessing systems, accounts, or data without authorization
  • Interception, surveillance, or monitoring of data without consent
  • Violation of privacy or data protection laws

2.6 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark or trade secret violations
  • Distribution of pirated software or content

3. Resource Usage and Fair Use

Customers must use system resources in a reasonable manner that does not negatively impact other users or the overall platform stability.

Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, disk I/O, network bandwidth, or other resources may be restricted or limited at SafeCloud’s discretion.


4. Monitoring and Detection

To ensure security, legal compliance, and operational stability, SafeCloud may monitor:

  • Traffic patterns and network behavior
  • System performance metrics
  • Abuse indicators and anomaly signals

Such monitoring is conducted for technical and security purposes only and does not constitute content review or content ownership.


5. Enforcement Actions

If SafeCloud determines that a Customer has violated this AUP, the Company may take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning or request corrective action
  • Restrict or limit service functionality
  • Suspend services temporarily
  • Terminate services permanently
  • Remove or isolate affected resources

In cases involving serious violations, legal risk, fraud, or infrastructure threats, SafeCloud may suspend or terminate services immediately and without prior notice.

Fees paid are non-refundable in cases of AUP violations, unless required otherwise by applicable law.


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • All content, applications, and data hosted on SafeCloud services
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Securing their systems and access credentials

SafeCloud is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from Customer misuse of the services.


7. Reporting Abuse

Suspected abuse, security incidents, or policy violations must be reported to SafeCloud at:

Reports should include sufficient detail to allow investigation, including timestamps, IP addresses, and relevant logs where available.


8. Changes to This Policy

SafeCloud reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the SafeCloud website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.


9. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP forms part of the SafeCloud contractual framework and should be read together with the Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.
