This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Tele Teta LTD, registration number 16074271, operating under the brand SafeCloud (“SafeCloud”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data.

SafeCloud is committed to protecting privacy and processing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), where applicable.

1. Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Tele Teta LTD acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the SafeCloud services.

SafeCloud may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Billing and transaction metadata (payment status, invoices, payment method identifiers)

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and other authorized processors.

SafeCloud does not store or process full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by payment processors in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

SafeCloud collects system logs, access logs, and usage metrics to:

• Ensure platform security and stability
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal and contractual obligations

Monitoring is limited to technical and security purposes and does not involve active review of customer content.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

SafeCloud may share personal data only where necessary and limited to:

• Payment processors and financial institutions
• Infrastructure and service providers acting as data processors
• Legal authorities or regulators where required by law

All third-party processors are required to process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and contractual safeguards.

7. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be processed or stored in data centers located outside the Customer’s country of residence.

Where international transfers occur, SafeCloud ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including legal, accounting, and security requirements.

Upon account termination, personal data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business interests.

9. Data Subject Rights

Where applicable, individuals have the following rights under data protection laws:

• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable
